We feel CrossFit Threefold has helped Connor in many ways. He used to do physical therapy for his joint laxity, but now just goes to CrossFit. This has strengthened his core, helped with his coordination, his agility and overall strength. We have taken some of the things Connor has learned at CrossFit and applied them to the workouts he does at home, we even bought some of the equipment that was needed to do so.

My daughter is a multi-sport athlete. She was looking to build strength, endurance, and improve on specific skills to help with her sport. She has trained with Austin since September, twice a week, and she has grown in leaps and bounds. She is stronger, leaner, and more confident. She looks forward to her lessons each week. While group classes can be fun and high energy, there is no substitute for the coaching and attention to detail that you get in a 1-on-1 environment. Personal coaching is the ideal way to learn the skills necessary to excel in group classes, or for individuals who have very specific goals, or injuries/limitations that require additional attention beyond the group setting.
We start all of our personal training clients with detailed body composition testing, a full-body movement assessment, and an overall fitness assessment. From there we build out a program that is custom to you which will give you the direction and accountability you need to lose that last 20LBS, build strength, or increase your mobility.
