We feel CrossFit Threefold has helped Connor in many ways. He used to do physical therapy for his joint laxity, but now just goes to CrossFit. This has strengthened his core, helped with his coordination, his agility and overall strength. We have taken some of the things Connor has learned at CrossFit and applied them to the workouts he does at home, we even bought some of the equipment that was needed to do so.

My daughter is a multi-sport athlete. She was looking to build strength, endurance, and improve on specific skills to help with her sport. She has trained with Austin since September, twice a week, and she has grown in leaps and bounds. She is stronger, leaner, and more confident. She looks forward to her lessons each week. The training an athlete does outside of practice and competition is critical to their overall development. 3F FitCamps are led by our highly trained coaches who have expertise in developing young athletes to achieve peak performance in their given sport. No matter the sport, 3F FitCamps focus on development of the body and mind through training in areas like strength/conditioning, speed/agility, power/explosiveness, confidence, injury prevention, pre-hab/rehab, and much much more. Along with the focus of the week, athletes will hear from experts on warm-up and recovery, mental toughness, and proper nutrition. They will leave with drills they can use year round to continue to develop the skills they learned throughout the week.
Camps are for ages 12-17 at any skill level creating a chance to learn how to train from world class coaches that will help athletes become the best version of themselves.
