CrossFit combines strength training, bodyweight training, and conditioning focusing on functional, full-body exercises that will help you get in the best shape of your life and make you feel strong, confident, and capable.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, Moms, Dads and grandparents alike.
Every movement is scalable for any age and ability level. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude and give your best effort each day.
Each class is 60 minutes long and includes a coach led warm up, strength or conditioning and a workout of the day (WOD).
