My daughter is a multi-sport athlete. She was looking to build strength, endurance, and improve on specific skills to help with her sport. She has trained with Austin since September, twice a week, and she has grown in leaps and bounds. She is stronger, leaner, and more confident. She looks forward to her lessons each week. Austin has great communication, is highly motivated, and keeps us updated on her improvements. We highly recommend Austin as a trainer and look forward to continuing training our children with him. -- Amber Germani

What is ACES

A program designed to help youth athletes develop and improve in 3 Key areas:

  • Functional Elements of Fitness: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy
  • Sport Specific Skills: for example: Volleyball player who wants to increase their vertical, Baseball/Softball player who wants to increase their bat speed, etc.
  • Injury Prevention

Who is eligible for ACES?

Youth ages 13-18 involved in an organized sport and looking to develop their skills to improve performance.
