Summer is the season of sunshine, vacations, backyard barbecues, beach trips, and making memories with family and friends. It's also one of the busiest times of year, making it easy to let healthy habits slip away. Whether you're traveling for a week or simply enjoying a less structured schedule, it's important to remember that your fitness journey doesn't have to take a vacation.
